Flow Forward exists to reduce period poverty and promote safe, informed sexual health through access, education, and advocacy.

We seek to:

  • Providing free menstrual products to underserved communities

  • Offering education on period health + safe sex

  • Reducing stigma around menstruation and sexual health

Knowledge is power and it should be accessible.We share information in ways that are clear, human and stigma free so people can make informed , confident choices.

We believe in showing up for each other . This work is rooted in connection , compassion and collective support.
